• Business support is a core function from front to back office. By starting from the role of Assistant Manager, in one of the business support teams (eg. branch, compliance, credit, etc.), you will be able to go through essential operation process of a specific function in the banking industry. This valuable experience equips you with important concept and knowledge of procedures and process behind, strengthens your organizational skills and enables you to have an eye on details, which leads you to be a successful leader in banking support in the long run.

　　职位要求

• A degree holder with a second honor or above;

• Determine to be a great banker with strong passion to grow and excel;

• A high initiative team player with perseverant attitude;
