HR Intern – Supply Chain Headquarter
岗位职责：
1. Support daily recruitment including CV screening, phone interview and interview organization.
2. Support internal recruitment process optimization
3. Employee documents maintenance and management
4. HR weekly/monthly report preparation.
5. Organize weekly Function HR meeting
我们希望你：
1. University student, with major of business administration, economy, or language related
2. Good communication skill in both oral and written
3. Good planning skill with excellent execution
4. Fluent English
5. Can afford at least 3 working days per week
HR Intern – Supply Chain Headquarter
岗位职责：
1. Management of contract documents and internal approval process
2. Provide price maintenance support for buyers
3. Conduct basic market index study and data consolidation
4. Generate the monthly report for supporting production maintenance
5. Provide other business support for procurement team

1. Good English both in spoken & written, good at Microsoft office, especially excel
2. Keen to learning, with a strong sense of responsibility
3. Be comfortable working in fast-paced environment
4. Consistent working days, at least 3 working days per week.
