A wealthy and privileged person.

2. copycat
someone who copies another's behavior/clothes/ideas/work
The movie Avatar has created history at the box office, which has resulted in other copycat movies.
3. cat burgla
a burglar who enters a building by climbing a wall etc.
The police were looking for a cat burglar, and they were driving back and forth, up and down the street.

4. raining cats and dogs
raining very hard 滂沱大雨
I'm not going out in that storm. It's raining cats and dogs.
5. playing cat and mouse
playing a game of strategy and stealth, or playing in a cruel or teasing way.
The man is playing cat and mouse with his company about his plans to quit or not.

6. letting the cat out of the bag
to tell something that is supposed to be a secret无意泄密
When Bill glanced at the door, he let the cat out of the bag. We knew then that he was expecting someone to arrive.
7. smiling/grinning like a Cheshire cat
to grin or smile broadly咧嘴笑

8. (Has the) Cat got your tongue?
Why aren't you talking?

Everyone has rights, regardless of status, especially to do things that are of no consequenceto others.
