1. Provides technical support to internal customer workstations

2. Responsible for the internal project management and report

3. Responsible for the operation data analysis, report and improvement solution

4. Resolves reported workstation problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research

5. Supports and troubleshoots problems for servers, network, client connectivity
