We are hiring the “Next Generation of Independent Financial Advisors.” Financial Advisor Trainees will go through our comprehensive training program. New Advisors will be trained in all aspects of financial services from l sales and marketing to portfolio management and compliance. Only the most ethical, disciplined and dedicated candidates will succeed. No experience is necessary; however, the right candidate has a strong work ethic and problem solving ability and determination.

Responsibilities

• Meet our internal pre-licensing procedures

• Pass Series 7 & 66 examinations

• Network and build relationships prospective client base

• Communicate ethically, effectively, and efficiently with prospective clients

• Establish strong advisor–clientrelationships under the guidance of senior advisors

• Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients

Qualifications

• Strong ethics

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong communication skills

• Established history of leadership and achievement
